What is QuikPAY?
QuikPAY is an online billing and payment system that allows users to view bills, print bills and make payments online via credit card and e-check. All bills and statements will now be sent to the student's Montana Tech e-mail account. Students MUST check their e-mail account regularly! The system is convenient, easy to use, and secure.
What are the features of QuikPAY?
- View your bill electronically 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via the internet
- Pay your bill electronically 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via the internet through e-check or credit card
- Authorize third parties to view and pay the bill, such as a parent, guardian or sponsor
- Be notified when a new bill has arrived
- View your current bill plus a history of bills online
- Access and print a PDF of the paper bill anytime
- Confirm your payment immediately
- Parents can have the ability to view and pay the electronic bill through their own access. Students must first set up parents as Authorized Payers in the QuikPAY system before they are able to access the system.
What can Authorized Payers (parents) do?
- receive an automated email with the login name informing them that they have been authorized
- receive an email notifying them that the online bill has been sent each billing cycle
How to access QuikPAY
Students
- Log into MyMTech with user ID and password
- Select Student and Financial Aid in the Orediggerweb section
- Select Account Detail for Term and select the term you want to look at
- Review Bill and Click Pay Now.
- Click the checkbox to confirm your bill and this will bring you to QuikPAY
Once logged into QuikPAY students may then establish an Authorized Payer account to allow a third party (i.e. parent) to make online payments on their behalf.
Parents
Students must first set up parents as Authorized Payers in the QuikPAY system before they are able to access the system. If your student has set you up as an Authorized Payer, then you can access your account at the following URL: https://quikpayasp.com/umontana/montana/tech/student/accounts/authorized.do
How do I (student) set up an Authorized Payer?
- Log into MyMTech with user ID and password
- Select Student and Financial Aid in the Orediggerweb section
- Select Account Detail for Term and select the term you want to look at
- Review Bill and Click Pay Now. This will bring you to QuikPAY
- Click Authorized Payers on the left side menu
- Follow the steps to complete the setup
How do I finalize my bill?
- Log into MyMTech with user ID and password
- Select Student and Financial Aid in the Orediggerweb section
- Select Health Insurance Choices – REQUIRED and make your choice
- You will automatically return to the Student and Financial Aid menu after making your choice
- Select Account Detail for Term and select the term you want to look at
- Review Bill and Click Pay Now
- Click the checkbox to confirm your bill and Click SAVE
- If your Financial Aid/Scholarships are more than your bill, you are all done and will see your bill in QuikPAY in the View and Pay Accounts Section
- If you have a balance, click View and Pay Accounts in QuikPAY. Then click Make a Payment.
- We recommend paying with an E-check since there is not a charge.
- If you pay with a card on Quikpay, a 2.85% transaction fee will be added to your payment. The business office will also be adding a surcharge to any credit card payments if you pay our office.
Card Fees?
- QuikPAY will add 2.85% transaction fee if you pay with a card.
- The Business Office will also add a surcharge if you pay with a credit card.
- We recommend paying on QuikPAY with an Echeck. There is no fee for using an Echeck.
