2022 Survey
This survey was delivered to campus in the spring of 2022 to Montana Tech Faculty and Staff. One hundred and fifty-one employees completed the survey with 44% of respondents identifying as faculty members and 56% identifying as staff members. Four individuals identified themselves as Executive-level employees and 13 identified themselves as “Mid-Level Managers” (e.g. deans). The file below indicates the percentage of employees agreeing with each of the statements (selecting either “somewhat agree” or “strongly agree”) or percentage of employees indicating that the identified topic is adequate or highly adequate.
2021 Survey
The Great Places to Work employee satisfaction survey was conducted in 2021. Organizer information can be found here. Below you can find the percentage of responding employees’ agreeing to the indicated statements. The survey designers grouped these questions in terms of Institutional Credibility, Respect, Fairness, Pride, and Camaraderie. Several questions were added to the standard survey concerning collaboration. Lastly, above each Montana Tech percentage, you can find a comparison group of “2020 Best Small & Medium Workplaces.” You can find additional information about the survey here.
