Montana Technological University will host a Career Fair Kick-Off event on Monday, September 22, 2025, featuring guest speaker Eyvanna Connole, a senior technical recruiter with Prosum. The event will take place in the SUB Copper Lounge at 5:30 p.m. and will include food and networking opportunities.
Connole, who has nearly a decade of experience in technical staffing and agency environments, specializes in connecting top-tier technical talent with career opportunities across a wide range of industries. She brings a people-first, strategic approach to recruiting, ensuring both clients and candidates find the right fit.
“We are fortunate to have Eyvanna at Montana Tech to kick-off the 2025 Career Fair,” College of Letters, Sciences, and Professional Studies Dean Michele Hardy said. “Her expertise in recruiting in the technical sectors and deep behind-the-scenes knowledge of successful job searches will be invaluable to our students across all disciplines. This is a great opportunity for students to hear directly from someone active in the business.”
Passionate about empowering job seekers, Connole will share proven strategies to help students and professionals take charge of their careers. Topics will include how to work effectively with recruiters, optimize resumes, and stand out in a competitive job market. She will also provide insights on interview preparation—highlighting common pitfalls and the STAR method—as well as advice on evaluating certifications and using the right tools to build career credibility.
