Registration Details
It is important to note that once a student has registered for courses they are accountable to all university deadlines, policies, and procedures.
Course Drop
When a student drops a course, before the last day to withdraw without the class appearing on a transcript. The student is removed from the class roster and the course will not show on an academic transcript.
To drop a course, the student is responsible for contacting Enrollment Services 406-496-4256 to complete the required paperwork.
Course Withdrawal
When a student withdrawals from a course, before the last day to withdraw from a class with an automatic “W” they do not receive a grade for the course but will be assigned a “W”. Their academic transcript will show that they had attempted the course but chose not to complete it. A withdrawal is not included in GPA calculations.
