Born 03/19/1954 in Pontiac, Michigan. Attended public schools in Birmingham, Michigan and graduated high school in 1972. Attended Michigan Technological University from 1975 until 1983, obtained Bachelors and Masters in Mathematics. From 1983 to present working at Montana tech of the University of Montana. Married twice, first time 1994 to 1995 the second time 2003 to present, no children. I still have some of my own teeth and all my own hair.

Non-Research Academic Interests

I spent two summers working in Richland, Washington in the nuclear energy field as a statistician. I also have spent two summers as a reader for the AP Calculus exam. I traveled to Australia on a cultural exchange through the Rotary Club and spent a sabbatical in Chang Chung, Jilin Provence, China teaching Mathematics in English to English Majors at Jilin University.

Positions held Adjunct Instructor, Assistant Professor and Associate Professor all in the Montana Tech Mathematics Department.
