$30 Application Fee (waived if you've attended a Montana University System college)
Official College Transcripts from each college attended
Official High School Transcript or GED scores
Proof of two doses of Measles/Mumps/Rubella (MMR) immunizations
Compass Placement Exam (waived if you have current math and writing scores)
