Dr. Dennis Salisbury

Adjunct Professor, HCI

Dennis F. Salisbury, MD, is currently a physician at The Rocky Mountain Clinic in Butte, Montana. Dr. Salisbury received his BA in English (cum Laude) in 1984, from Whitworth College, Spokane, Washington, and his MD in 1989, from the University of Washington School of Medicine, Seattle, Washington. He completed his residency in Family Medicine in 1993, from Phoenix Baptist Hospital Family Medicine, Phoenix, Arizona. From 1993-1994, Dr. Salisbury completed a Fellowship in Interventional and High-Risk Obstetrics, Family Medicine, Spokane, Washington.

Dr. Salisbury has taught the Advanced Life Support in Obstetrics Course and, he has been a guest lecturer at Montana Tech’s Health Care Informatics Program.

Dr. Salisbury holds current memberships in the Montana Academy of Family Physicians and the American Academy of Family Physicians.

He has held numerous positions and offices in The Rocky Mountain Clinic, Saint James Healthcare Medical Staff Executive Committee, the Board of the Montana Academy of Family Physicians, and the Big Sky Chapter, March of Dimes.

Dr. Salisbury has been extensively involved in many other committees and boards to improve the quality of health care.
