Charie Faught received her Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry (with honors) from the University of Montana in Missoula, Montana in 1991. She received United States Peace Corps Secondary Education Training in fall 1991 in Suva, Fiji. She then received her Master of Health Administration in May 1997, from Tulane University, School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine, New Orleans, LA.
Charie’s teaching and professional experience expand a variety of positions. She was the Director of Corporate Integrity for Health Partners, Inc. in Bloomington, MN, from 2000-2006, and she was the Integrity Liaison for Providence Health Systems in Seattle, WA, from 1999-2000. From 1995 to 1997, Charie was a Teaching Assistant for the Department of Health Systems Management at Tulane University School of Public Health in New Orleans, LA. As a Peace Corps Volunteer, she taught high school math and chemistry in Lautoka, Fiji, at Jasper Williams High School from 1991-1993.
Other positions that Charie has held include Administrative Fellow/Ethics and Compliance Officer for Capital Medical Center in Olympia, WA, from 1997-1999 and Administrative Resident at St. Charles Parish Hospital, Luling, LA in 1996.
