HCI 2306 - OVERVIEW OF HCI SYSTEMS
Course introduces the student to health information systems concepts, components, processes, and design. Topics include implementation of health information systems and the use of information systems technologies in a health care setting, including clinical applications systems, electronic medical records, and administrative and management applications. Opportunities for hands-on experiences with software products are provided. Pre-requisite: HCI 1016 or consent of instructor.
