Cathy Thomka-Jasinski

SUB 206A

Montana Technological University offers a variety of dining services options to our students.  Services include resident meal plans, Digger Dollars, and catering.

Our main dining facility is the Marcus Daly Dining Hall.  Serving up breakfast, lunch and dinner nearly every day, here you will find several rotating meals, two delicious homemade soups, an excellent salad bar, and ice cream!  The most popular day of the week is Thursday when our chefs whip up something special like Latin or Cuban cuisine.

Some other options include:

  • The Fire House Grill is where you will go when you crave something like a burger and fries, or you are in a hurry and just want to grab and go!
  • If you feel like cozying up with a mocha while you hit the books, the Coffee Mill is where you will want to head. You can also grab a salad or muffin.
  • You will dig Duggan’s Bistro if you are craving a cup of coffee, delicious fresh-made pastry, or a panini.
  • Duggan’s Bistro also carries the Serrano menu, a build your own burrito, burrito bowl, taco or taco salad option.  Build it how you like it – there’s more than a million possibilities.
  • If you have a special event coming up and need it to be catered, please see our catering menu. We’d be happy to help.

Please note that meal plans can be changed during the first two weeks of class if you find an option that is better for you.  We can also accommodate those with special dietary needs, if you need a sack lunch made, or if you require in-room dining.  Please call 406-496-4590 to talk with the director of dining services about your needs.
