Emails prompting you to complete and update the survey will be sent one month before graduation, at three months, six months, and again one-year after graduation. Your DR 2.0 account is available as an alumnus, as well. If you have any questions or need assistance, now or in the future, please contact Career Services at or 406-496-4140.

Diplomas will be mailed to the diploma address provided on students' graduation applications for those students who will be completing degree requirements in May. If your address changes before diplomas are mailed, please email the Enrollment Services Office at with the updated address.

All graduates (except those with holds) will receive a plaque with a copper replica of their diploma as a gift from Montana Tech. These will be mailed with the diploma after the final graduation check-out is complete.
