How do I add an e-mail signature?
Step 1: Login to Outlook Web App using your Montana Tech username and password. The Montana Tech login screen is pictured below:
Step 2: Click on "Options" located on the right hand side of the screen on Outlook Web App.
Step 3: Next choose "See All Options" in the drop-down box.
Step 4: Once you are at the options page, choose "Settings" in the left-hand side.
Step 5: Once you click on "Settings" it will automatically take you to the E-Mail Signature page.
Step 6: Enter your signature how you wish it to appear and choose whether or not you want to automatically include your signature on the messages that you send.
Step 7: Choose save once you are happy with your signature.
