December 08, 2018
The Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) of Montana Tech will be hosting the 32nd annual Christmas Bazaar and Trade Show. We cordially invite all interested parties, private or commercial, to display and sell their products. The Bazaar will be from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. at the Maroon Activity Center (MAC) on Saturday, December 8th, 2018.
Last year 80 vendors participated with thousands of people attending. The community continually anticipates this event as it gives them an opportunity to do some last-minute Christmas shopping. The event will be advertised throughout Montana using several types of media. Ads have already been submitted to a few publications!
Booths will be roughly 10 ft x 10 ft and will be taped off to ensure a correct amount of space. The cost for one booth is $90.00*, which includes a table and two chairs along with electricity or wall space. It is essential for those needing electricity or wall space to send applications in as soon as possible since those booths are limited and will be given on a first come, first serve basis. For those purchasing more than one booth please indicate the arrangement preferred (side by side or back-to-back) on the application form.
As in previous years:
This year, we are requesting that vendors DO NOT PARK in the MAC parking lot. This is in an effort to ensure that there is adequate parking for your patrons and customers. Once you have unloaded, please move your vehicles to either the Belmont Senior Citizen Center parking lot across the street or onto any of the adjacent streets.
Due to a conflicting event, we are unable to accommodate set-up on Friday evening.
SETUP: The MAC will be open for booth setup on Saturday, December 8th, at 7:00 a.m.
Please send a complete application form with a check for the appropriate amount, as soon as possible, as booth reservations will be made on a first come, first serve basis according to postmark date. Once we receive your completed application a confirmation letter will be sent to you shortly afterward.
We look forward to making this a successful bazaar as in past years. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Lana Petersen at (406) 496-4197 or fax (406) 496-4417; Austin Starkel at (406) 370-0256.
