Health Insurance - International Students
International Student Insurance Requirement International students on non-immigrant visas (F, J, etc.) are required to have and to maintain major medical insurance while residing in the United States. In order to waive the student insurance plan, you MUST provide written proof of insurance coverage (in English) to the Student Insurance Office located in room 111 of the Curry Health Center by the 15th class day. THIS MUST BE DONE EACH SEMESTER. If you waive coverage and fail to provide proof of insurance by the 15th class day, your waiver will become void and you will be charged for student insurance .
