Resident Assistants
The Resident Assistant Staff at Montana Tech is committed to helping students adjust to life on-campus by enriching students' lives outside of the classroom. Each floor is staffed by an upper-class or graduate student who is responsible for the floor and its residents. RAs are primarily concerned with the welfare of the students on their floors. They help enforce residence hall policies and communication campus information.
The floor RA is the first person students should see when they have a question or a problem. If the RA is unable to help, he/she will make a referral to the appropriate university staff member.
