Deposit
Your deposit reserves a room for you in one of our residence halls. It also serves as evidence of your commitment to live there.
What else should you know about your deposit?
- It's fully refundable if the Office of Residence Life is notified of your cancellation by May 1.
- If you do not cancel your room by May 1, your deposit will be non-refundable, whether or not you choose to attend Montana Tech.
- Once you move into a residence hall, your room reservation deposit becomes a damage deposit.
- If there are no damage charges or other fees assessed against your account, we will refund your deposit at the end of the contract period.
