FedConnect
Some agencies are requiring submittal of proposals through FedConnect when Grants.gov is having issues. Read the funding opportunity announcement carefully to determine through which system the agency requires proposals to be submitted.
FedConnect requires Principal Investigators to register with the system. Contact the Research Office at x4102 for assistance registering and for help with the system.
