Marv Miller—2002 Lifetime Distinguished ResearcherMarv Miller has been with the MBMG for 35 years. He began his career at Montana Tech teaching hydrology courses. He then went on to develop the Hydrology Division of the Bureau in to a team noted for its research and service – a team that has received over $10,000,000 in funding over the years. He himself has managed over 60 research grants, employing 160 students and producing 50 publications and reports. He is currently recognized as a leader in dry land salinity research with applications world wide. He holds degrees from the University of Montana–Missoula and Indiana University.
