Welcome

Welcome to the 1999 Research Report, an annual publication produced by the faculty and students of Montana Tech. This year, continuing the tradition begun last year, the entire report was edited, assembled, and published by undergraduate students from the Professional and Technical Communication Department. Technical articles describing the various scientific and technological aspects of wind, water, and light are featured. A synthesis of these primordial elements with the societal impacts on Montana’s famous watershed, the Big Hole River, complements the technical articles.
