The quality of our publications and Web sites reflects the quality of the institution. It's important that all of Montana Tech's publications appear to be part of the same family. This doesn't mean that every piece looks alike. It does mean that a common element (wordmark), theme or color ties together all of our pieces.
If the publication (academic brochure, newsletter, marketing/promotional material) is funded by Montana Tech, the Tech wordmark must appear somewhere on the front cover.
All publications with a Montana Tech return address must feature the wordmark as part of the return address.
For magazines and scholarly journals sponsored by the University, a credit must be printed under the flag that says either "A publication of Montana Tech of the University of Montana" or "Montana Tech of The University of Montana" The typeface should be best suited to the type used in the flag.
Different colors can be used in other publications but to avoid confusion with other universities please avoid using their combination of colors.
