Letterhead and Memos

Montana Tech's letterhead, envelopes, memo forms and business cards are standardized.  The Montana Tech Bookstore takes all orders for these items. 

Because printing a consistent graphic image is important, letterhead, envelopes and business cards should be ordered and purchased through the Montana Tech Bookstore. 

Information included on the letterhead and memo is: department/school, University address, office telephone number, fax number, e-mail address, and Web address if appropriate.  Individual names can not be used on full sheet letterhead.
