HAPPY THANKSGIVING
Congratulations Marisa Pedulla
The Carnegie Foundation for the Advancement of Teaching and the
Council for Advancement and Support of Education have named Marisa
Pedulla of Montana Tech the 2007 Montana Professor of the Year.
Pedulla was selected from more than 300 top professors in the United
States. Marisa Pedulla is an assistant professor in Montana Tech’s

2nd Annual Campus Christmas Stroll
Student activities is sponsoring the 2nd Annual Campus Christmas
Stroll on Thursday November 29. Be sure to visit all of the participating
offices and share some holiday cheer. Thanks to Crystal Cornett
and student activities for organizing this event. Crystal will be
leaving us in December and we would like to take this time to thank
her for all that she has done for Montana Tech. If you see her around
please thank her and wish her well on her new adventures.

Athletic Update
The Montana Tech Football team wrapped up its season after losing
a battle to Carroll College in Helena. The team jumped out to an
early lead but could not hold off Carroll as they lost 17-14. The
team will now be on break until winter conditioning starts up.
The Volleyball team pulled out a fourth place finish at the conference
tournament in Billings. The next weekend they went to the regional
tournament in Spokane where they did not fare so well. The team
went 0-3 at the regional tournament and did not make it out of pool
play. The ladies finished the season with a 20-13 mark.
The Men’s Basketball team improved its record to 3-6 after
collecting wins at the First Annual Copper Cage Classic. The team
defeated Walla Walla University 99-72 on Saturday, and Dickinson
State University 61-59 on Sunday. The Orediggers will travel to
play Boise State tonight and will play Central Washington on November
24. November 30 will be their next home game when Minot State comes
to town.
Montana Tech’s Women’s Basketball Team had a rough week
as they played three Big Sky Conference Teams and lost all three.
The team is home over the holiday to host the Peg Sarsfield Tournament.
Tech will play Bluefield College tonight and Snow College on Friday,
both games tip-off at 6pm.
