Oftentimes students must have proof that they're enrolled in college to furnish to insurance companies, etc. Enrollment Verification can be requested in two ways:

1. Internet, over the World Wide Web at the National Student Clearinghouse. There is no charge to request enrollment verification from the National Student Clearinghouse. Montana Tech sends enrollment information to the clearinghouse at the beginning, middle, and end of Fall and Spring semester. For summer students, the information is send at the end of the summer session.
    
2. In person, at the Enrollment Services Office, our Enrollment Services Specialists can provide you with an official Enrollment Verification form (open 8:00am - 4pm).
