Montana University System Complaint Process 

Mandatory   Financial   Aid/Debt   Management   Class

You are required to attend one of these sessions for one or more of the following reasons:

• You are a first-time borrower.
• You may have borrowed at another school but are a new borrower at Montana Tech.
• You have not previously attended a session.
• You appealed your suspension status this semester.

The session will cover important information regarding financial aid and debt management including scholarship information. No on-line version of this presentation exists.  Please attend the earliest possible session you can.  There are several times and dates available so you should not have to miss class or need to make up a session.  You do not need to make an appointment.  You can just attend one of the sessions  There are sessions available at bot the north and south campuses.

SOUTH CAMPUS  

                DATE:   Thursday, May 9, 2013
                PLACE:  Highlands College, Room 104
                TIMES:  1:00 PM & 2:00 PM

NORTH CAMPUS  

                DATE:  Monday,May 6, 2013
                PLACE:  Big Butte Room, Upper Floor of Student Union Building
                TIMES:  10:00 AM, 11:00 AM & 12:00 PM

A registration hold will be placed on your account until you have attended a session.  The hold will prevent you from being able to register for future semesters.
