26th Annual SPE Christmas Bazaar and Trade Show


The Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) of Montana Tech is again sponsoring a Christmas Bazaar and Trade Show, Saturday, December 1st, 2012 in the Montana Tech HPER Complex from 9:00am to 4:00pm.  We cordially invite all interested parties, private or commercial, to display and sell their products.

Last year over 100 vendors participated with several thousand people attending.  People will be anticipating this event as it gives them an opportunity to get some last minute Christmas shopping done.  The event will be advertised throughout Montana using several kinds of media.  Ads have already been submitted to a few publications!

Booths will be 10 ft x 10 ft and will be taped off to ensure a correct amount of space.  The cost for one booth is $80.00*, which includes a table and two chairs along with electricity or wall space. It is essential for those needing electricity or wall space to send applications in as soon as possible since those booths are limited and will be given on a first come, first serve basis.  For those purchasing more than one booth please indicate the arrangement preferred (side-by-side or back-to-back) on the application form. 

*A portion of each booth fee will be put in a scholarship fund for students with financial need. 

As in previous years:

  • Microwaves will not be allowed due to the large amount of energy they consume
  • Volunteers will be available to help vendors unload/load their wares and set-up/take-down booths to ensure a quick and smooth process
  • Door prizes will be raffled off during the bazaar.  Vendor prize contributions would be greatly appreciated!

The HPER complex will be open for booth setup on Saturday morning ONLY from 5:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. There is a basketball game the night before, so set up the day before will not be possible. We are very sorry for this inconvenience, but it is our only option.

Once we receive your completed application a confirmation letter will be sent to you shortly afterward.
