SPE Student Chapter
Dear Alumni,
The 2007 Montana Tech SPE chapter has a busy year planned. Our new officers are: Kelly McFadgen-President, Jared Wood-Vice President, Matt Skanderup-Treasurer, Darin Stone-Secretary, Kate Heiken-Public Relations, Alex Bolinger-Social Chair. With the growing numbers of petroleum students, SPE membership at Tech is at an all time high. This fall, we plan on taking 65 students to the ATCE in Anaheim, CA. We will be continuing our community service activities, including highway cleanup, food and clothing drives, blood drives and looking into starting a mentoring/tutoring program with local schools. We are striving to continue the tradition of an outstanding student SPE chapter in the year to come.
