Hands-On Experience Tech offers strong internship opportunities and exciting field courses. Summer internships let you "try" a great company while getting experience from a good paying summer job! A typical summer internship pays $15-30 per hour plus many living and travel expenses. Graduates work directly with industry professionals experiencing the type of work and work environment they will enjoy after graduation. At Tech field courses and field trips are at operating mines and exceptional geological sites within Montana and other states. Undergraduates are encouraged to design their own field/laboratory senior research project. Participate in a team engineering design project or work on real-world problems furnished by industry and other "clients".
