OverviewEarn a broad-based science and engineering education, followed by advanced courses in air and water pollution control, hazardous wastes, soils remediation, pollution prevention, health risk analysis, and land reclamation. Use computers extensively for engineering design and problem solving. Learn in an environment that includes “hands on” laboratory classes and plenty of classroom discussion, as you study how pollutants are generated, measured and controlled. Study in one of the oldest and most established Environmental Engineering degree programs anywhere in the world.
Senior students have the option of participating in the Environmental Design team competition in place of senior design project. This team has received honors with many first place finishes over the past several years.
