Welcome to Montana Tech’s Electrical Engineering (EE) web page! We offer the BS and MS degrees in EE. Our goal is to prepare graduates for immediately successful engineering careers. Our 65 undergraduate and 8 graduate students enjoy a close mentoring relationship with the teaching faculty. Hallmarks include:
- Excellent faculty, all EE professors
- Have been awarded teaching or advising awards.
- Have significant industrial design experience.
- Work on research projects that employ students.
- Nearly all students accept a summer internship.
- Majority of students participate in the IEEE and/or UAV clubs.
- Many undergraduates participate in research projects and have developed new engineering solutions resulting in novel designs, publications, and patents.
- 100% career placement.
- The undergratuate program is accredited by Engineering Accreditation Commission (EAC) of the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET).
