MINES: Making Innovations in Engineering & Science
June 19-24, 2016
The MINES – Summer Camp for Young Women is an exciting program meant to expose young women entering their sophomore and junior years in high school to the many exciting career opportunities in Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) fields.
The 2016 MINES Summer camp will be from June 19-24.
The camp is limited to 30 young women who will come to Montana Tech and learn more about these In Demand fields. Additionally, these young women will have the opportunity to stay in the dorms, meet professional women in the field, and make meaningful connections with other young women who are intrigued by STEM fields.
And in addition to a week full of inspiring educational activities, camp participants will also enjoy many of the fun, outdoor activities the Big Sky state offers.
The MINES Summer Camp for Young Women is possible through a generous sponsorship by BP.
