A team of full-time culinary professionals manage our dining
facilities. Our management staff is always available and will do
everything possible to assure your satisfaction.
Montana Tech Dining Services provides you with flexibility through
our meal plan options. A meal plan is a pre-paid purchase of meals
for the entire semester. No matter which plan you choose, you
will receive a satisfying meal without spending your precious time
shopping, preparing and cleaning up.
Montana Tech requires that all students living in a residence hall
purchase one of the three plans offered. Please consider your
options carefully when deciding which meal plan is for you.

Maximum Flexibility
Montana Tech Dining Services offers three distinct meal plan
options: Everyday Plan, Weekday Plan and Upperclassman
Plan. The Everyday Plan is the best value for your money. This
plan may be used seven days a week. The Weekday Plan may
be used Monday through Friday. The Upperclassman Plan is
available to students who have achieved sophomore status (30
credits or more) and may be used seven days a week. Meal plans
are accepted at all Montana Tech Dining Services locations.
The Everyday and Weekday Plans provide Weekly Meal Plan
Funds designed to ensure that meals can be purchased for the entire
semester. Food purchases are deducted from your Weekly Meal
Plan Fund balance, which may be used as quickly or as moderately
as you choose throughout the week. The Weekly Meal Plan Fund
balance is reset every Sunday morning and unused Weekly Meal
Plan Fund balances are not carried forward from one week to the
next. The Upperclassman Plan allows maximum flexibility with
a semester balance of Meal Plan Funds. Semester Meal Plan Funds
do not carry over to the next semester. The balance will be reset for
the beginning of a new semester.
