How to Reserve a Room on Campus

Anyone with a Montana Tech account can request to reserve a room on campus. This is done though our online reservation system, 25Live. Follow these steps to request a room. After you have submitted your request, it is sent to the room's scheduler for approval. You will be notified via email when your request has been approved or denied.

  1. Log into MyMTech.
  2. On the right side of your MyMtech page, under the Important Links section, there is a link titled 25Live (room scheduling). Click this link to navigate to the 25Live reservation system homepage. Alternatively you can use the links below:

  1. In the top right corner of the homepage, there is a link titled Create an Event. Click this link to start.

  2. Fill out the information on the next page, when you are done, hit save at the bottom of the window.

  3. After clicking save, a confirmation screen will display. This is the end of the reservation process. At this point, your request is pending approval. You will be notified via your MTech email when your event is approved or denied. From this page you can edit, copy, or view details of the event you just created by clicking the corresponding buttons.

Checking the Status of your Event

  • To check your pending events, navigate to your 25Live dashboard by clicking this link or copying it into your address bar:

  • On the 25Live dashboard, events can be found on the events tab, or under upcoming events on the right side of the screen.
