How do I send an e-mail?
Step 1: Login to Outlook Web App using your Montana Tech username and password. The Montana Tech login screen is pictured below:
Step 2: Find and click "New" at the top left of your Outlook Web App.
Step 3: Once you click on "New," a new browser screen will open up similar to the one pictured below:
Step 4: Fill out the lines as shown below:
Step 5: Once you are finished typing your e-mail, click on "Send."
Step 6: You are finished and have completed sending your first e-mail!

Planned Outages for Tech Exchange Mail Site from Dec. 22nd - Dec. 29th
Notice: There will be “intermittent” planned outages for our Montana Tech Exchange 2010 Mail Site starting Saturday December 22nd and continuing through Friday December 28th while our Exchange service hosts are upgraded to the most recent software release.
Site Maintenance Notice:
Every Sunday morning from 7:00am to 11:00am is reserved for non-routine maintenance on all Montana Tech Core Network Service Hosts. We reserve the right to, without prior notice, take down any service for maintenance during this time. Not all services (service hosts) are taken down each Sunday nor are they always unavailable for the full duration of the maintenance window, however ... You should still refrain from scheduling ANY critical work during this time.
