Outlook 2007
First open Outlook 2007. If the “new email account” wizard opens up, just cancel out of it for now. We want to go to the Tools menu and select Account Settings :

You should get the following screen. Click on New.

Select the Microsoft Exchange, POP3, IMAP or HTTP option on the next screen and click Next.

On the next screen, ignore everything at the top and click on the Manually configure server settings checkbox at the bottom. Click Next.

On the next screen select Internet E-mail and click Next.

Now we get to the page where we type everything in. Your Name is how you want your name to appear In your email, it can be anything. E-mail Address is your Tech email address. Account Type should be set to HTTP. HTTP Service Provider should be set to Other.
Server URL should be set to http://WEBmail.MTECH.EDU/exchange/username. Replace username with your Tech user name.
Username and Password are your Tech username and password, respectively. You will probably want to leave the Remember Password box checked.

Hit Next, then hit Finish.
If you have a client that does not support Exchange (Thunderbird, Outlook Express, etc.) you can access your account using POP3 or IMAP.
