Messages Disappearing

AUTOMATIC MESSAGE PURGE:  How come SOME of my mail automatically disappears?

In the INBOX folder: The message is older than TWO weeks and larger than 99KB

In the SENT ITEMS folder: The message is older than TWO weeks and larger than 99KB

In the DELETED ITEMS folder: The message is older than ONE week.

Your Contacts list (personal email addresses) is NEVER purged by this process.

Your DRAFTS folder is NEVER purged by this process.

Please manage (Save, Print or Move) all large messages that you receive (all messages over 99KB in size) . 

CTS continues to monitor server storage & usage to see if these policies should again be relaxed.  99KB was chosen as the current INBOX individual message purge limit as in practice few regular messages [those without some kind of attachment] are ever greater than 99KB.  [please note: 1024KB equals 1MB]
