Allowing Pop-ups in Internet Explorer 6.0/7.0

If Internet Explorer blocks part of Mymtech from loading, try holding the control button down while clicking on the link you are trying to open.

Allowing Popups From Montana Tech websites

Open Internet Explorer.

On the Tools menu, point to Pop-up Blocker, and then click Pop-up Blocker Settings.

Add these addresses to the allowed popup window list:
mtctsbb .mtech.edu
mymtech.mtech.edu

Adding Montana Tech as a Trusted Site

Open Internet Explorer. On the Menu Bar, click Tools > Internet Options.

Click the Security Tab and then click the Trusted Sites icon. Then, click on the 'Sites' button.

Add these addresses:

https://mtctsbb.mtech.edu (click the Add button)

https://*.mtech.edu (click the Add button)

http://*.mtech.edu (click the Add button)

Make sure to un-check the 'Require server verification' box.
Click OK to accept.

Next, click over to the Privacy Tab under the Internet Options window.

At the bottom of the window you will see a check box to Block Pop-Ups. This will probably be checked. Next to the box you will see a button that says 'Sites'. Click the Sites button.

Type in these address to add:

*.mtech.edu (click the Add button)

mtctsbb.mtech.edu (click the Add button)

Close Internet Options.

Note: You must close Internet Explorer for these changes to take effect.
