E-Mail Information for Macintosh:
1. Open entourage
2. Click "entourage" next to the apple
3. Select "account settings"
4. Full in all settings:
Account Name: Your full name
Name: Name you wish to use, can be full or a nick name
Your E-mail
Account ID: Your Username
Domain: MTECHS
Password: Your Password
Exchange Server: mtmailr3.mtech.edu
5. select the advanced tab and fill it in with the proper information:
Pubic Folders Server: mtmails3.butte.campus/public
LDAP Server: MTcostR47.butte.campus
Select 'This server requires me to log on'
Click OK

Planned Outages for Tech Exchange Mail Site from Dec. 22nd - Dec. 29th
Notice: There will be “intermittent” planned outages for our Montana Tech Exchange 2010 Mail Site starting Saturday December 22nd and continuing through Friday December 28th while our Exchange service hosts are upgraded to the most recent software release.
Site Maintenance Notice:
Every Sunday morning from 7:00am to 11:00am is reserved for non-routine maintenance on all Montana Tech Core Network Service Hosts. We reserve the right to, without prior notice, take down any service for maintenance during this time. Not all services (service hosts) are taken down each Sunday nor are they always unavailable for the full duration of the maintenance window, however ... You should still refrain from scheduling ANY critical work during this time.
