Setting Up Outlook for Mac:
1. Open Outlook.
A) Click Go on the Menu bar from Desktop and then Applications.
B) Search through the list for Microsoft Office 2011 and click the dropdown arrow to the left of it.
C) Find Outlook and open it.
2. Once in Outlook click Add Account.
3. After clicking add account. Find the button to the left of “Exchange or Office 365” and click the symbol.
4. Enter in your Tech email address for the first blank. Then put in mtechs\yourusername. After this put in your password and hit add account.
5. Outlook will find the mail server settings and come up with a window showing your account information. At this point Outlook will start syncing emails, contacts, tasks, and your calendar. When you are done you can click the red exit button in the top left of the window.
