Moodle Troubleshooting:


IP Address Error:

  • IP Address Error:
    • Error message: "Sorry, but your IP number seems to have changed from when your first logged in."
  • Why did this error happen?
    • If you are working from multiple computers, this error may appear.
  • Fixing this error:
    • Hit F5 and refresh your browser.
    • Close your browser and try logging into Moodle again.
    • Clear your Cache if you are still recieving this error and clear out your browser history.
    • If you are still recieving this error restart your computer.
  • The recommended browser for Moodle is Firefox (http://getfirefox.com)
