Computer Support Specialist

The computer support specialist reports to the Director.  He/she maintains the college’s reporting data warehouses.  This position works with others in the department to recommend, review and develop new reporting databases, develops new reports for existing data warehouses, creates/maintains the Information Services web page and serves as assistant administrator for Nolij, the storage/data retrieval system for scanned documents. This position acts as the liaison with the Admission’s Office and the Banner student system.
