Locked Out Of An Exam?

If you are locked out of an exam let your instructor know as soon as possible. Your instructor can unlock the exam or request that support do it for them.

If you have completed several essay questions, the student's already posted answers can be emailed to the student (with the instructor's permission.)

Caution: Students may have problems with internets speeds lower than 56K. Montana Tech computer labs are always available.

Some possible reasons exams can become locked:

• Automatic internet disconnection
  
• Opening email
• Surfing the internet
• Opening other computer programs
• Internet speed is too low
• Use of Internet Browser buttons, (Refresh, Back, Forward, should never be used while Blackboard)
