Document Package
Uploading entire folders of content
To upload a document package, you must first create a compressed zipped file from a folder on your computer. Complete the following steps to create a zip file from a local computer folder.
1. Right-click the folder that contains your information.
2. Click 'Send To'.
3. Choose 'Compressed (zipped) Folder'.

After doing this, you should see a .zip file. This will be the name of your folder followed by .zip.
(i.e. folder name .zip)
Login to Mymtech/Blackboard. Select the course from your course list you wish to upload your content to.
From your course control panel - look for the Content Areas box.
Click on the area which you want to upload your information

On the 'Add' bar in your content area, click the drop down box and select Document Package
After 'Document Package' has been selected, click the 'Go' button

1. Select all desired settings for you content.
2. Select the file to upload by clicking on the "Browse" button.
3. Click Submit to finish.

Once you have uploaded your zip file, Blackboard will automatically unzip the file and create folder and content links for all of the directories, subdirectories, and content within your zip file.
