Course Merge

Blackboard Support can merge enrollment of several sections or labs into one course. Therefore, all students will be grouped into one section and instructors will only have to manage one section's information on Mymtech. Instructors can choose which CRN to use.

Course Merge does not combine material, only enrollment of students. Merging courses enables the instructor to post material in only one section on blackboard, instead of multiple sections.

Instructors should request a course merge at the beginning of the semester.The transfer must take place before grades are entered and before information is put into the student drop-box. Course merge may not be done before the start of the semester, due to changing enrollement up to the first day of classes.
