Step 1: To create a Category for your question bank you must choose "Questions" located in the "Administration" block.

Step 2: Choose the gray "Categories" tab on the top.

Step 3: Your next page should look like this:

Step 4: To create a new category, go down to the "Add Category" section and type in your new categories name.
- Choose "Add Category" at the bottom when you filled in the required information.

Make sure you choose "DEFAULT for (your course name)".
- If you forget to choose default your "New Category" will go under each other.

Step 5: You will then see your category show up below "Default for (your course name)", along with the description you added.
