Application - Graduate
Application to the PTC Masters Program requires the completion of the Montana Tech Graduate School Application Form, a cover letter, official academic transcripts, three completed Graduate School Personal Reference Forms, GRE scores (the school code for Montana Tech is 4487), a Personal/Professional Statement of Purpose, a 10-15 page writing sample, a production sample, ideas for a major project, a resume or curriculum vitae, and immunization records.
