PTC Faculty - Dr. Henrietta Shirk
Dr. Henrietta Shirk (Department Head), Professor of Professional & Technical Communications, teaches courses in technical writing & editing, the art of teaching, gender and communication, and research methods, among others. Dr. Shirk has a PhD in English Literature from Bryn Mawr College, Pennsylvania, an MA in English Literature from Tulane University, Louisiana, and a BA in English Literature from Williamette University, Oregon.
