PTC Faculty - Dr. Bill Macgregor
Dr. Bill Macgregor, Professor of Professional & Technical Communications, teaches courses on writing, design, and publication, including technical, business, and professional writing, desktop publishing, proposal writing, and publications design. When he has the time, he also teaches a Shakespeare seminar. Dr. Macgregor has a PhD in English from the University of Colorado, Boulder, 1981, specializing in Poetics, Post-Structuralist Criticism, Semiotics, Film Studies, and Computer-Aided Instruction, and a BA (magna cum laude) from the University of Redlands, 1968, with an emphasis in creative writing and Russian language & culture.
