Montana Tech Admissions Standards & Requirements for Transfer Students
Requirements
Transfer students are required to turn in the following items for their admissions file:
- Application
- $30 Application Fee (waived if you've attended a semester at another Montana college)
- Official college transcripts (sent from the school in a sealed envelope) from each college attended
- Proof of two doses of Measles/Mumps/Rubella (MMR) immunizations
- Final High School Transcript or GED scores and official ACT or SAT scores (only required if you've graduated from high school within the last three years and have less than 30 college credits)
Standards
Transfer students are required to meet the following standards for admission to Montana Tech:
- Achieve a minimum cumulative college GPA of 2.0
- Compass Test
