Master   of   Science   in   Geological   Engineering

Master’s of Science degrees in Geoscience are available through the School of Mines and Engineering. In Geological Engineering the options are Geological Engineering, Hydrogeological Engineering, Geology, and Hydrogeology. For information on requirements see the Graduate School.

Our Geosciences M.S. program participates in Western Regional Graduate Program (WRGP), which allows students from the 15 participating western states to pay reduced tuition. These states include: Alaska, Arizona, California (effective 2010), Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oregon, South Dakota, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming. Residents are eligible to enroll at resident rates of tuition in WRGP graduate programs in these 15 states. Students enrolling through WRGP are not required to demonstrate financial need.
