Frank & Ann Gilmore University Relations Center
Groundbreaking for the new Frank and Ann Gilmore University Relations Center occurred June, 2011. The $2 million project is being funded entirely through the financial support of alumni, individual and business within the private sector. “It will continue the westward expansion of the campus and will be located on Granite Street. The URC, scheduled to be completed in the summer of 2012, will hourse the University’s Advancement and Development Team which includes Alumni Affairs, Career Services, Public Relations and Marketing and the Montana Tech Foundation. Donors of the project will be honored by recognition tiles placed throughout the building.
The three-level, 10,000 square foot building will offer conference rooms and meeting areas – serving as a place for alumni to gather, recruiters to meet and interview students, and for visitors to begin their introduction to the university. It will be a place to celebrate Montana Tech.
