CAMP is pleased to welcome Jay McCloskey as a Metallurgical Engineer. He has 25 years experience in the mineral industry, 12 years in mining, smelting, refining, 15 years in environmental technology development for mining by–products. Jay lives in Butte with his wife Amy Lynn and son Heath (20, who is a sophomore in Metallurgical Engineering at Montana Tech) and two daughters Kalli (18) and Ashten (12). Jay and his family live north of Butte in the Moulton Reservoir area and enjoy fishing, hiking, four–wheeling, and snowmobiling.

Paul Miranda has over 12 years of experience in metallurgical and process engineering. He has extensive experience in hydrometallurgy and laboratory research. He has worked and implemented novel fundamental research in arsenic and selenium remediation, metal recovery using ion exchange. He has been responsible for lab work, pilot plant work, research, process development, engineering design, start-up, operations, management and environmental affairs for hydrometallurgical plants managing arsenic containing solutions. He has authored or co-authored over 10 papers and presentations and holds several patents. He has experience in mineralogy and gold processing along with scanning electron microscopy. He is currently the lead engineer on the Mineral Liberations Analyzer (MLA). He is able to provide analysis using various analytical techniques.

CAMP is pleased to welcome Hank Rawlins as a Metallurgical Engineer. He has 17 years experience in the mineral processing, oil & gas processing, fuel cells, and ferrous metallurgy. Hank relocated to Butte in June 2008 with his wife Kristi and two sons Connor (11) and Nathanael (5) and enjoys learning to fly fish, hiking, and prospecting.

DaNette Rule has currently worked at CAMP for almost 6 years and came from the Oil and Gas Division from the Montana Power Company in Butte, Montana where she was employed for over 19 years. Her current duties include coordinating and monitoring CAMP functions. She is also responsible for reporting financial statements to the CAMP Board of Governors, including budget recommendations, accounts reconciliations, expenses monitoring, and a variety of other functions. DaNette is also responsible for managing daily operations and activities of the CAMP office, including other duties assigned from the Director. She reports directly to the CAMP Director and is directly responsible for keeping CAMP running smoothly.
